How can I book a bike?
You can book directly through our website by selecting the bike, accessories, and desired dates. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is charged 14 days before the pick-up date.

What’s included in the bike rental?
Apart from the bike, all rentals include a repair kit, pedals and helmet if needed.

Do you offer delivery to hotels or homes?
Yes, we offer bike delivery and pick-up services across Mallorca for an additional fee. You can select this option when making your reservation.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify your booking up to 15 days before the pick-up date. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 15 days in advance: No charges.
Less than 14 days: Non-refundable.

What are the payment conditions?
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your rental.
The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the rental start date.
The full balance must be paid before picking up the bike.
All prices are in Euros (€), and payments are processed in Euros. Exchange rates are determined by individual cardholder banks.

What is the minimum age for renting a bike?
The minimum age for renting is 18 years old. Minors can rent a bike only with the presence and signature of a responsible adult.

Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we require a security deposit of €500 per bike. This amount will be held on your debit/credit card for the duration of the rental and released upon return of the bike in good condition.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental start date are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued once the rental period has started.
If Catalina Bike Rental needs to cancel a reservation 30 days or more before the scheduled rental start, a full refund will be provided.

What are the delivery conditions?
We will make every effort to deliver and pick up bikes at the agreed times. However, force majeure or exceptional circumstances (e.g., traffic delays) may affect scheduling.
Any modifications to the pick-up location or time after the rental has started must be communicated via confirmed email or direct telephone contact at least 24 hours before the return.
